About Westlon

We have been housing older people for over 40 years. Our aim is to provide excellent quality, affordable housing for older people within the communities in which we have homes.

Our Mission Statement

We recognise that for many people there is not the appropriate local housing available to them. Westlon intends to make the difference, turning need into provision for communities currently across North London.

Our Objectives

  • Extend the provision of housing for older people, to provide our ageing population with homes that are safe, secure and welcoming.
  • Deliver a stock regeneration and service enhancement programme.
